Step 1: Set your heat press to 350°F with a pressure of 70 psi.
Step 2: Position the transfer face up on the garment and cover with a grease-proof sheet.
Step 3: Heat press for 20 seconds.
Step 4: Allow the transfer to cool for 1-2 minutes before cold peeling.
Step 5: After cooling, peel the backing away from one corner to check if the transfer has adhered. If it has, peel off the rest slowly. If not, repress for an additional 15 seconds.
